We’ve put time and care into each product, and we expect to do the same with our customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, give us a call or leave us a message and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to make things right.
As our customer you’re important to us. We value each order, and each person who buys from us. We understand that when you purchase online you are not able to touch and feel the high quality and see the beauty of our cutting boards.
Therefore, if upon arrival and inspection, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we allow 60 days to return for a full refund. We also pay for the shipping by providing you with a pre-paid UPS domestic return label. Our only requirement is that you send the item back in proper packaging, and make sure that the cutting board is returned in the same condition.
Any cutting boards that have been used are not eligible for refund.
We guarantee that our cutting boards are sold at the lowest price. If you find a cutting board that meets the following criteria at a lower price, we will match that price.
In other words, it must be a comparable product. Please provide links to the matching specifications when making a claim and allow us 72 hours to validate your claim.

All cutting boards ordered from customers located in the USA will ship from Virginia. Orders from Canadian consumers ship from Quebec.
